Sunset review - repeal of article.

Effective Jul 1, 2023L. 2023: Entire article added, (SB 23-290), ch. 249, p. 1411, § 21, effective July 1.

(1) This article 50 is repealed, effective September 1, 2032.
(2) Prior to the repeal of this article 50, the department of regulatory agencies shall conduct a sunset review as described in section 24-34-104 (5).
