1. (1) Special event permit fees are:

   1. (a) Ten dollars per day for a malt beverage permit;
   2. (b) Twenty-five dollars per day for a malt, vinous, and spirituous liquor permit.
2. (2) All fees are payable in advance to the department for applications for special event permits submitted to the state licensing authority for approval.
