Colo. Rev. Stat. § 44-30-202 – Functions of division.

(1) The functions of the division are to license, implement, regulate, and supervise the conduct in this state of:
1. (a) Limited gaming as authorized by section 9 of article XVIII of the state constitution; and
2. (b) Sports betting as authorized by part 15 of this article 30.
