1. (1) Nothing in this article 30 shall be construed in any way to affect or interfere with the regulation of bingo and raffles by the office of the secretary of state.
2. (2) Nothing contained in this article 30 shall be construed to modify, amend, or otherwise affect the validity of any provisions contained in article 10 of title 18.
