As used in this part 3, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. (1) Toll road or toll highway shall have the meaning set forth in section 7-45-102 (8), C.R.S.
2. (2) Toll road or toll highway company shall have the meaning set forth in section 7-45-102 (9), C.R.S.
