Change of address - penalty.

- (1) Any registrant who acquires an address different from the address shown on the identification card issued to the registrant shall, within thirty days thereafter, notify the department of such change as specified in section 42-2-119 (1)(a). The department may thereupon take any action deemed necessary to ensure that the identification card reflects the proper address of the registrant.
- (2) A person who violates this section is guilty of a civil infraction.
