Colo. Rev. Stat. § 42-1-237 – Uniform Power of Attorney Act applies to motor vehicle documents.

The Uniform Power of Attorney Act, part 7 of article 14 of title 15, applies to power of attorney forms created by the department under article 1, 3, 6, or 12 of this title 42.
