1. (1)

   1. (a) A vehicle immobilization company shall display the name of the company, the permit number, and a phone number of the company on each company vehicle used in immobilization.

   2. (b) The display required in subsection (1)(a) of this section must be displayed:

      1. (I) On each side of the company vehicle in plain view; and
      2. (II) When immobilizing a vehicle, driving to immobilize a vehicle, or driving from immobilizing a vehicle, but the display need not be permanently affixed to the company vehicle.

   3. (c) The lettering on the display required in subsection (1)(a) of this section must be:

      1. (I) Legible during daylight hours from a minimum distance of fifty feet; and
      2. (II) At least three inches tall.
2. (2) The representative of a vehicle immobilization company shall have business identification visibly worn at all times while immobilizing a vehicle or accepting payment.
