Nothing in this article 7.5 prevents a commissioner appointed under this article 7.5 from being appointed pursuant to the provisions of articles 1 to 7 of this title 38 in the same eminent domain proceeding. Nothing in this article 7.5 prevents the appointment of a commissioner, for purposes of this article 7.5, who has previously been appointed in the same proceeding under the provisions of article 1 of this title 38.
