Colo. Rev. Stat. § 38-22-100.3 – Definitions.

As used in this article 22, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) Person means a natural person, firm, association, corporation, or other legal entity; except that it shall not include a labor organization as defined in section 24-34-401 (6).
