§ 38-13-218

Colo. Rev. Stat. § 38-13-218

Property held by racetracks - inapplicability.

Effective Jul 1, 2020L. 2019: Entire article R&RE, (SB 19-088), ch. 110, p. 424, § 1, effective July 1, 2020.

This article 13 does not apply to any intangible unclaimed property held by a racetrack, as defined in section 44-32-102 (24).
