Rule-making.

Effective Jul 1, 2020L. 2019: Entire article R&RE, (SB 19-088), ch. 110, p. 413, § 1, effective July 1, 2020.

The administrator may adopt under the State Administrative Procedure Act, article 4 of title 24, rules to implement and administer this article 13.
