Colo. Rev. Stat. § 38-12-1501 – Definitions.

As used in this part 15, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) Landlord means:
1. (a) A landlord, as defined in section 38-12-502 (5); or
2. (b) The management or landlord of a mobile home park, as defined in section 38-12-201.5 (3).
(2) Tenant has the meaning set forth in section 38-12-502 (9).
