Alternative means of park entrance - fees - rules.

- (1) An individual entering a state park or state recreation area by means other than by motor vehicle must purchase a pass in accordance with commission rules.
- (2) The commission, by rule, shall establish fees for passes for individuals entering a state park or state recreation area by means other than by motor vehicle. The commission may establish exemptions from such fees.
