- (1) All meetings of the board shall be held within the district and shall be open to the public. No business of the board shall be transacted except at a regular or special meeting at which a quorum consisting of at least a majority of the total membership of the board is present.
- (2) Repealed.
- (3) Effective January 1, 1983, any action of the board shall require the affirmative vote of at least eight members present and voting.
