- (1) At the time and the place so designated, the board shall hear and shall determine any written complaint, protest, or objection filed as provided in section 32-11-637, any verbal views expressed in respect to the proposed assessments, the assessment roll, or the assessment procedure, and the board may adjourn the hearing from time to time.
- (2) The board by resolution has the power in its discretion to revise, correct, confirm, or set aside any assessment and to order that such assessment be made de novo.
