As used in this part 9, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. (1) Committee means the eligible electors of a special district designated pursuant to section 32-1-909 (4)(a) to represent the signers of a recall petition.
2. (2) Location means the physical, telephonic, electronic, other virtual place, or combination of such means where a meeting can be attended.
3. (3) Meeting has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-6-402 (1)(b).
