1. (1) Within twenty days after its approval, a certified copy of the charter shall be filed with the secretary of state and with the clerk.
2. (2) Upon such filings all courts shall take judicial notice of the charter.
3. (3) This section shall also apply to any amendment or repeal of a charter.
