As used in this part 11, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. (1) Home owner has the same meaning as set forth in section 38-12-201.5 (2).
2. (2) Landlord has the meaning set forth in section 38-12-201.5 (3).
3. (3) Mobile home has the meaning set forth in section 38-12-201.5 (5).
4. (4) Mobile home lot has the meaning set forth in section 38-12-201.5 (6.5).
5. (5) Mobile home park has the meaning set forth in section 38-12-201.5 (6).
