As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. (1) Authority means the Pueblo depot activity development authority created by this article.
2. (2) Board means the board of directors of the Pueblo depot activity development authority.
3. (3) Bond means any bond, note, interim certificate, contract, or other evidence of indebtedness of the authority authorized by this article.
4. (4) Revenues means any fees, rates, charges, assessments, grants, contributions, or other income and revenues received by the authority.
