As used in this part 3, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. (1) Facility means an agency meeting the standards described in section 27-81-106 (1) and approved pursuant to section 27-81-106.
2. (2) Pilot program means the child care services and substance use disorder treatment pilot program created in this part 3.
