Colo. Rev. Stat. § 25.5-6-1605 – Exemptions.

(1) Notwithstanding any provision of this part 16 to the contrary, this part 16 does not apply to services provided under:
1. (a) The consumer-directed attendant support services model; or
2. (b) The pediatric personal care benefit.
