Colo. Rev. Stat. § 25-5-1405

Prohibited lamps.

(1) On and after January 1, 2025, a person shall not manufacture, distribute, sell, or offer for sale in Colorado any:
1. (a) Linear fluorescent lamp; or
2. (b) Compact fluorescent lamp.
