As used in this part 11, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. (1) Child-occupied facility has the same meaning as that set forth in section 25-7-1102 (2).
2. (2) Department means the department of public health and environment.
3. (2.3) Fund means the lead hazard reduction cash fund established pursuant to section 25-5-1106 (2).
4. (3) Lead-based paint has the same meaning as that set forth in section 25-7-1102 (5).
