Colo. Rev. Stat. § 25-47-104
(1) An employee, agent, or other individual must complete an anaphylaxis training program before using an epinephrine auto-injector. The training must be conducted by a nationally recognized organization experienced in training laypersons in emergency health treatment or by an individual or entity approved by the department of public health and environment. The department of public health and environment may approve specific entities or individuals to conduct training or may approve specific classes by individuals or entities.
