§ 25-20.5-1404

Colo. Rev. Stat. § 25-20.5-1404

Exemption from the procurement code.

Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the program and the expenditure of money from the fund are not subject to the provisions of the Procurement Code, articles 101 to 112 of title 24.
