Colo. Rev. Stat. § 25-2-113.9 – Gender selection for death certificates.

On or before January 1, 2026, the department of public health and environment shall add a gender field to the certificate of death form and the electronic death registration system that is required to be utilized by a qualified individual pursuant to section 25-2-110.
