Colo. Rev. Stat. § 25-1-1506 – Department - fiscal agent.

(1) The department may, as necessary:
1. (a) Act as fiscal agent for the council;
2. (b) Receive gifts, grants, or donations from the council or facilitator for use by the council;
3. (c) Host the council's web page or website; and
4. (d) Provide meeting space and other administrative supports to the council.
