Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-60-2203 – Legislative declaration.

The general assembly hereby finds and declares that the provisions of this part 22 are necessary for the state to fulfill its responsibilities under the Rocky Mountain Low-level Radioactive Waste Compact set forth in section 24-60-2202.
