As used in this article 4.2, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. (1) Board means the victims and witnesses assistance and law enforcement board created in each judicial district, as described in section 24-4.2-101 (1).
2. (2) Fund means the victims and witnesses assistance and law enforcement fund established in section 24-4.2-103 (1).
