1. (1) The general assembly intends that:

   1. (a) Each state agency that authorizes more than ten occupations to practice or oversees other agencies that authorize more than ten occupations to practice should have implemented this part 2 for:

      1. (I) At least twenty-five percent of the occupations by December 30, 2018;
      2. (II) At least fifty percent of the occupations by December 30, 2020; and
      3. (III) All of the occupations by December 30, 2022;

   2. (b) Each state agency that authorizes ten or fewer occupations to practice or oversees other agencies that authorize ten or fewer occupations to practice should have implemented this part 2 for:

      1. (I) At least fifty percent of the occupations by December 30, 2018; and
      2. (II) All of the occupations by December 30, 2020.
2. (2) Repealed.
