1. (1) The authority shall fund its operations from:

   1. (a) Federal moneys granted or allocated to the authority;
   2. (b) Website advertising;
   3. (c) Moneys, goods, or in-kind services donated from public or private sources;
   4. (d) Moneys loaned to the authority by any person or entity;
   5. (e) Moneys derived from the issuance and sale of bonds; or
   6. (f) Moneys derived from the sale of services, products, or information.
