As used in this article 37, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. (1) Capital construction has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (2).
2. (2) Capital renewal has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (3).
3. (3) Controlled maintenance has the same meaning as set forth in section 24-30-1301 (4), including the limitations specified in section 24-30-1303.9.
4. (4) Director means the director of the office of state planning and budgeting.
5. (5) Information technology budget request has the meaning set forth in section 2-3-1701 (8).
6. (6) Office means the office of state planning and budgeting.
