As used in this part 13, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. (1) Division of labor standards and statistics means the division of labor standards and statistics in the department of labor and employment created pursuant to section 8-1-103.
2. (2) Division of unemployment insurance means the division of unemployment insurance in the department of labor and employment created pursuant to section 8-71-101.
3. (3) Unit means the worker and employee protection unit created in section 24-31-1302.
