Colo. Rev. Stat. § 23-31-800.3 – Definitions.

As used in this part 8, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) Fund means the water research fund established in section 23-31-803.
(2) Institute means the Colorado water institute created in section 23-31-801 (1).
