Colo. Rev. Stat. § 22-9.7-100.3 – Definitions.

As used in this article 9.7, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) Department means the department of education.
(2) Scholarship program means the early childhood educator development scholarship program created in section 22-9.7-101.
