On and after August 6, 2025, if a charter school undertakes HVAC infrastructure improvements using money from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act cash fund created in section 24-75-232 (3), the charter school shall comply with the requirements described in section 22-32-153 in implementing the HVAC infrastructure improvements.
