Colo. Rev. Stat. § 19-1.2-131
The court shall give full faith and credit to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of an Indian tribe applicable to an Indian child custody proceeding, including, but not limited to, tribal customary adoptions, to the same extent that the state gives full faith and credit to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of any other governmental entity. By granting full faith and credit pursuant to this section, a tribal court order is enforceable pursuant to sections 13-53-102 and 13-53-103.
