Colo. Rev. Stat. § 16-2.7-101 – Definitions.

As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) DNA means deoxyribonucleic acid.
(2) Missing person means a person whose whereabouts are unknown and whose safety or welfare is the subject of concern.
