Colo. Rev. Stat. § 15-2.5-203 – Presumption of unlimited authority.

(1) Subject to section 15-2.5-205, and unless the terms of the instrument creating a power of appointment manifest a contrary intent, the power is:
1. (a) Presently exercisable;
2. (b) Exclusionary; and
3. (c) Except as otherwise provided in section 15-2.5-204, general.
