- (1) The thirteenth judicial district shall be composed of the counties of Kit Carson, Logan, Morgan, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, and Yuma.
(2)
- (a) The number of judges for the thirteenth judicial district shall be four.
- (b) Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2019, the number of judges for the thirteenth judicial district is five.
- (c) Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2026, the number of judges for the thirteenth judicial district is six.
