Seventh district.

- (1) The seventh judicial district shall be composed of the counties of Delta, Gunnison, Hinsdale, Montrose, Ouray, and San Miguel.
(2)
- (a) The number of judges for the seventh judicial district shall be three.
- (b) Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2003, the number of judges for the seventh judicial district shall be four.
- (c) Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2011, the number of judges for the seventh judicial district is five.
- (d) Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2026, the number of judges for the seventh judicial district is six.
