§ 13-24-103

Applicability.

Effective Jan 1, 2022L. 2021: Entire article added, (SB 21-143), ch. 142, p. 790, § 1, effective January 1, 2022.

This article 24 applies to a collaborative law participation agreement that meets the requirements of section 13-24-104 signed on or after January 1, 2022.
