- (1) Nothing in this article 270 authorizes an occupational therapist to engage in the practice of medicine, as defined in section 12-240-107; optometry, as described in article 275 of this title 12; or any other form of healing except as authorized by this article 270.
- (2) Nothing in this section prevents an occupational therapist from making an occupational therapy diagnosis within the occupational therapist's scope of practice.
