Review of board action.

(1) Section 12-20-408 governs judicial review of any final action of the board to:
- (a) Deny or refuse to issue or renew a license;
- (b) Suspend a license;
- (c) Revoke a license;
- (d) Censure a licensee;
- (e) Issue a letter of admonition to a licensee;
- (f) Place a licensee on probation;
- (g) Issue a reprimand to a licensee; or
- (h) Issue an order to cease and desist.
- (2) The provisions of this section apply to a license issued to a dentist, dental therapist, or dental hygienist.
