Colo. Rev. Stat. § 12-220-108
Attorney general shall represent board and members.

- (1) The attorney general of the state of Colorado shall counsel with and advise the board in connection with the board's duties and responsibilities described in this article 220. If litigation is brought against the board or any of its individual members in connection with actions taken by the board or any of its members under this article 220 and the actions are free of malice, fraud, or willful neglect of duty, the attorney general shall defend the litigation without cost to the board or to any individual member of the board.
- (2) A witness or consultant appearing or testifying before the board, or providing expert consultation to the board, has the same immunity and is subject to the same conditions for immunity as specified in section 12-20-402.
