1. (1) Pursuant to section 12-20-105, the board shall charge and collect fees for the following:

   1. (a) With respect to professional land surveyors:

      1. (I) Renewal of a license;
      2. (II) Replacement of a paper certificate or renewal card, if requested by the licensee;
      3. (III) Repealed.
      4. (IV) Application for the appropriate examination as adopted by the board in accordance with section 12-120-104 (2)(b);
      5. (V) Issuance of a paper certificate of licensure, if requested by the licensee;
      6. (VI) Late renewal of a license;
      7. (VII) Reexamination for the appropriate examination as adopted by the board in accordance with section 12-120-104 (2)(b);
      8. (VIII) Reinstatement of an expired license;
      9. (IX) Listing as a retired professional land surveyor;

   2. (b) With respect to land surveyor-interns:

      1. (I) Application for the appropriate examination as adopted by the board in accordance with section 12-120-104 (2)(b);
      2. (II) Reexamination for the appropriate examination as adopted by the board in accordance with section 12-120-104 (2)(b).
      3. (III) Repealed.
