Colo. Rev. Stat. § 12-110-105 – Office of combative sports - creation.

There is created in the division the office of combative sports. The office of combative sports and the Colorado combative sports commission, created in section 12-110-106, are type 2 entities, as defined in section 24-1-105, and exercise their respective powers and perform their respective duties and functions as specified in this article 110 under the department.
