Colo. Rev. Stat. § 11-49-110 – Article does not apply to facilities licensed by department of public health and environment.

The provisions of this article 49 shall not apply to any hospital or other facility that the department of public health and environment is authorized to license pursuant to part 1 of article 1.5 and part 1 of article 3 of title 25; except that nursing care facilities, assisted living residences, and home health agencies that are part of the facility of a provider as defined in section 11-49-101 are subject to the provisions of this article 49.
