1. (1) A third party that violates this part 15 engages in an unfair or deceptive act or practice in the business of insurance under section 10-3-1104 (1)(tt), and the act of the third party that violates this part 15 is void and unenforceable.
2. (2) The commissioner may adopt rules as necessary to implement this part 15.
